Cancellation Policy

The Barcelona Style Edit

Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and the limited number of places available, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your place.

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations by Participant

More than 90 days before retreat start date:
Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

60–89 days before retreat start date:
50% of the retreat fee will be refunded, excluding the deposit.

Less than 60 days before retreat start date:
No refund will be issued.

Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another participant, subject to approval by The Barcelona Style Edit.

Cancellation by Organisers

In the unlikely event that The Barcelona Style Edit must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

The organisers are not responsible for costs incurred outside of the retreat fee, including flights, travel insurance, accommodation booked independently or other personal expenses.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, injury and travel disruption.

Force Majeure

The Barcelona Style Edit shall not be held liable for cancellation, delay or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, acts of terrorism or other unforeseen events.
